IN GENERAL
Personal information is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we process a number of such information. This happens e.g. by general access to content on the website (including execution of orders etc.), if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber and otherwise use our services.
We inform you about our processing of your personal data because we are obliged to do so according to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). In the following, you can read about the individual contexts and purposes in which we process your personal data. You can also read about your rights and see how to contact us below.
SECURITY
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
PURPOSE and legal basis for the processing
We process your personal data in the following situations:
- Buy in the webshop
- Newsletters (electronic marketing)
- Use of our website
- When you communicate with us
Buy in the webshop
When you buy a product, we collect a range of information about you, including your name, your contact details, account and payment details and your desired delivery address. If you have had the workshop design a piece of jewellery, we will also register your contact details in this connection. The purpose is to be able to register and complete payment for your order, as well as deliver the product or products you have ordered in the webshop or designed in the workshop. The legal basis for the processing is the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter b, as the processing is necessary for us to fulfill the purchase agreement you have entered into with us.
We may also use your address and payment information to complete verification checks. The legal basis for this processing is the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter f, as we pursue our legitimate interest in being able to protect you and ourselves against fraud when purchasing in the webshop.
Newsletters (electronic marketing)
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address in order to be able to send you relevant newsletters and offers, as well as invite you to events etc.
The legal basis for our processing is the consent you have given in accordance with Section 10 of the Marketing Act.
Use of our website
When you visit our website, we register via cookies information about your visits, including e.g. information about your IP address, your browser type, the time of visit, the websites that are linked from, the websites that are visited, the features that are used, and the content that is visited . This information may in some cases include personal data.
We register the information in order to offer a secure, stable and customer-friendly user experience on our website and keep statistics on our visitors. In addition, the information is processed in certain cases in order to be able to target marketing, based on the user's behaviour.
The legal basis for the processing is section 3 of the cookie executive order, cf. article 6, subsection of the data protection regulation. 1, letter f (for necessary functionality cookies), as we are pursuing our legitimate interest in being able to maintain the functionality and security of the website and § 4 of the cookie executive order, cf. the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter a (for other cookies).

When you communicate with us
If you contact us as a customer, supplier or otherwise (e.g. via e-mail or the contact form on our website), your inquiry will often contain personal data, such as contact information, association with a particular company or other personal data that you may have given us. In certain cases, we may also receive similar personal data about you from third parties, e.g. your employer.
We process this information for e.g. to be able to handle and respond to your inquiry, including providing appropriate customer service, and to be able to communicate with you or the company that you may represents.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data in this connection is the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter f, as we pursue our legitimate interest in being able to communicate and possibly fulfill the agreement we have entered into with the company you represent. If our agreement is entered into directly with you (e.g. if you are a customer of ours), the legal basis is the data protection regulation's article 6, paragraph 1, letter b, as the processing is necessary to fulfill the purchase agreement we have entered into.
Recipients of your personal data
We may pass on your personal data to the authorities, including SKAT. In addition, your name and contact information may be passed on to the shipping company that will deliver your goods. We can also pass on your information to the service providers who are responsible for carrying out online payment for your purchases in the webshop.
Personal information contained in cookies is passed on to third parties to the extent that you have consented to our use of third-party cookies on the website.
We also entrust your personal data to our data processors, e.g. the suppliers who host our website/webshop and our external IT systems. Data processing agreements have been concluded with all our data processors.
Transfer to third countries
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA
STORAGE of your personal data
The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected the information. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage.
We apply the following general erasure deadlines:
- Information related to your purchases in the webshop is stored as a starting point for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, in accordance with the accounting rules we are subject to, cf. Chapter 5 of the Accounting Act.
- Information related to sending out newsletters, etc., is basically deleted 2 years after sending out our latest newsletter, unless you have previously withdrawn your consent.
- Information in connection with our use of cookies is deleted as a starting point when the cookie is deleted from your device, and thus depends on the specific cookie. You can read more about the various cookies, including the lifetime and options for deactivation, etc., in the Cookie Policy below.
- The personal data we process in connection with our general communication with you is basically deleted no later than 3 years after your last inquiry has been completed/completed.
The information is deleted as a starting point in accordance with the above deadlines, unless we need to process the information for a longer period of time, e.g. in connection with specific complaint or reclamation cases, etc.

According to the data protection regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. You can read about them below.
The right to withdraw consent
In situations where you have given consent to our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the contact information that appears below under the "Contact information" section.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your previously communicated consent and up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it therefore only takes effect for the future.
Right to see information (right of access)
You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.
Right to rectification (rectification)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our normal general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data.
Right to transmit information (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
