In 1929, Umberto Cazzola opened his first goldsmith's workshop in Italy. Over time, both expertise and ambition grew, and after World War II, the family invented the groundbreaking technique behind FOPE's iconic flexible chains – created with dozens of small gold springs that combine comfort with elegance.
Since then, FOPE's 18-karat gold jewelry with diamonds – especially the flexible bracelets and rings – have captivated customers worldwide.
During his time in Italy and New York, Bolette formed a close bond with the Cazzola family and fell in love with FOPE's design. That's why FOPE has been a cornerstone of BOLOU's universe since 2006 - and we are proud to be the exclusive distributor in Scandinavia.

FOPE is the only jewelry brand in the world that creates flexible bracelets and rings exclusively in 18-karat gold – thanks to the patented Flex'It system. Small gold springs hidden between each link make the jewelry fully stretchable, without the use of clasps.
